Additional Super for members at Centre for Cerebral Palsy
Wednesday 03 Dec 2014
Following a 98% yes vote by members, the Fair Work Commission recently approved a new Enterprise Agreement for employees of the Centre for Cerebral Palsy.
The Agreement includes additional employer superannuation contributions for those with over 21 years' service - which now means all employees with more than 10 years' service will receive additional super over that required under the employer's compulsory super guarantee requirements (@ 10 years +1%, @ 15 years +2%, and now @21 years +3%).
The improvements gained since the previous Enterprise Agreement can be read here.
These include the employer recognising that domestic violence is a real issue that affects their employees and it is prepared to support them during such times.
The initial 2.8% wage rise was backdated to July 2014.
