EBA 2014 – Stop Work Rally – 25 June 2014

We are holding a Stop Work Rally at Parliament House on Wednesday 25 June from 12:30 pm.
This is your opportunity to fight the Government's unfair wages policy and to stand up for equal pay increases and secure employment.
All members and healthworkers are welcome.
Everyone employed in public hospitals and health services contributes directly to the delivery of quality health services for the West Australian community. Health service delivery relies on teamwork.
Doctors, nurses, support staff, allied health, health science, clerical and administrative, technical and supervisory staff all work together to provide those services.
The EBA 2014 Campaign is all about recognising and rewarding the work HSUWA members do as part of the team.
HSUWA members deserve pay rises equal to those being paid to nurses, doctors and support staff this year and the next.
Members also seek increased job security in response to the rise in temporary and casual employment.
The union has not received an acceptable offer from the Department of Health and members have been progressively implementing work bans and work to rule. For information about work bans, click here.
The next step is the Stop Work Rally at Parliament House to determine what we do to move our EBA campaign forward.
Buses are being provided from major metro centres.
All buses will return at about 1.30/1.45 pm.
