Regis Aged Care
Friday 06 Mar 2020
We know that women particularly are often missing out on superannuation pay because they work part-time across more than one aged care employer. Currently if a worker does not meet the pay threshold of $450 per month at an individual employer, they don’t have to be paid any superannuation. Members at Regis are also pursuing additional employer superannuation contributions above the minimum 9.5%, specific increased classification rates for Lifestyle Coordinators, as well as a range of other claims including annual pay rises.
