Credit Card payments incur an additional 1.75% + $0.30 fee per transaction. A total including this fee will be calculated and displayed prior to purchase via the Join Now form.
HSUWA relies on the information provided by Members for Contribution payments. Please ensure the information is accurate and up to date. Cancellation of membership must be submitted in writing. Membership contributions paid prior to requesting membership cancellation will not be refunded.
