Work Health and Safety is union business. Your union is committed to improving workplace safety for Members.

In 2022, new Work Health and Safety laws were implemented by the WA State Government.

We will be updating this page with new resources over the coming months to support Members to nominate as Health and Safety Representative (HSR) and initiate Working Groups under the new legislation.
