HSUWA Advocacy for Modernised Career Pathways for Allied Health Professionals
HSUWA Member advocacy for improved career pathways for Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) has extended over four years and the past two Union Agreement negotiations.
Members were at a critical juncture.
Members decided the limited changes to your career pathways that are on the table from the Health Department (as we now understand them) did not adequately support the career opportunities you and your colleagues seek, now and in the future. Members voted to pursue true modernisation of career pathways.
