HSUWA to Deliver Your Voice In Health Survey & Reporting in 2025

The annual, “Your Voice in Health Survey” (Survey) was a Labor election commitment first conducted in 2019.

The Survey is a valuable tool in gauging the morale of healthcare workers, their confidence in WA Health, how well staff are supported by their employer and the culture in the workplace. Importantly, it is direct feedback tool for workers to the government and the WA community, that complements the feedback from your unions.

After being skipped in 2022 due to the pandemic, the Survey was again skipped last year (2024), by the government. It appears the current Minister for Health is not taking any active steps to re-instate this important Survey, that also indicates trends and allows for information continuity.

That’s why the HSUWA is re-issuing the Survey this year. Your feedback should be heard.

It’s open now until 18 February 2025 and can be completed by all health workers across the WA public health system. It sticks to the same questions (with a few more), and will take about 10 minutes. You can do it anonymously if you wish. Make sure you have your say and invite your colleagues to do the same.

HSUWA Members have been emailed directly with the link to complete the survey.
