Congratulations to your two Delegates of the Year, Clare Heron, Pharmacy Technician at Bentley Health Campus and Penny Griffith, Patient Liaison Officer at Joondalup Health Campus.
Members voted for these Delegates because of their exemplary commitment to the union and selfless support to their colleagues.
Clare’s colleagues at Bentley said:
“She puts in her all in everything she does and assists team members at a drop of a hat. She actively encourages new and old recruits to join in by explaining and expanding on everything the union does for them. She always somehow makes time for team members and sets a fantastic work culture for her team.”
At Ramsay in Joondalup, Penny has made a huge impact as a Delegate this past year. She has consistently recruited new Members to grow your union’s power. She has also been a proactive member of the Bargaining Committee and has been key to driving a good outcome for all Members at Ramsay Health Care during a hard-fought campaign!
Congratulations to our Delegates of the Year and a huge thank you to all the incredible HSUWA Delegates!
