
After almost six months of delay by their employer, Members working across Ramsay Health Care facilities are advocating for their employer to finalise their Union Agreement and process their backpay.
This week, Members emailed CEO, Natalie Jenkins, calling for her intervention to finalise the process and pay Members what they are owed. Shortly after emails started to flood the CEO’s inbox, HSUWA received correspondence from Ramsay Health Care to arrange a meeting to try and finalise the Agreement. We will provide a further update directly to Members once the meeting has taken place. It’s evident that by working together as a union, you can make progress! Congratulations to all Members who participated in this activity to force Ramsay Health Care to act.
