HSUWA Members campaigned and won back pay to January 2025 for health workers covered under the new Union Agreement with Ramsay Health Care.
The company confirmed that back pay (applying a 5% pay increase) had been processed last week, so we encourage Members to check your payslips. The next Member won 4% pay rise under the new Union Agreement will be applied from the first full pay period from 27 January 2026. We warmly invite all Ramsay health workers to Thank a Union Member for the better pay in their bank accounts, by joining and adding their strength to the union team.
