HSUWA sent out surveys to Members working at Western Diagnostic Pathology and Australian Clinical Laboratories in November.
It’s important for all Members employed with these companies have their say about what they would like to negotiate in their next Union Agreement. Negotiations are due to commence in 2024, and your Union wants to be prepared with a strong campaign to win the best deal possible and improve wages and conditions across the sector.
This process of collective negotiations is designed for workers to be able to take part in improving pay and conditions and work-life balance. Make sure you get involved!
