After lengthy negotiations and deferral by Ramsay Health Care, this month staff voted in favour of their 2022 Union Agreement with a 95% yes vote. Members decided to vote strategically knowing that work in preparation for the next Agreement in 2024 has already begun. The 2022 Agreement will proceed to the Fair Work Commission for review and registration. Once the Agreement is registered Ramsay has committed to passing on backpay owed to Members.
