Members have nominated two incredible Delegates as their 2023 HSUWA Delegates of the Year, Tracey Giblett from Western Diagnostic Pathology and Sally Hartell from Armadale Health Service.
Tracey is a terrific HSUWA Delegate and was nominated for her support of Members and recruitment of new Members to the union. One of Tracey’s colleagues said, “Tracey is always there to support any queries we have and her knowledge of the EBA and our rights is second to none.”
Sally has been a passionate Union Delegate for many years, and in 2023, led the great team of Members at Armadale Health Service who uncovered a shift work underpayment and won back pay for all Members impacted across the public sector! One of Sally’s nominations stated, “Sally was a key player and instrumental in the recent back pay issue. She always helps staff with their pays and is very knowledgeable.”
